Creative leadership is its own discipline. Leading a creative team is not the same as managing one. Building a creative organisation requires a different kind of vision, a different set of tools, and a deeper relationship with failure and risk.
The Creative Leadership Accelerator is a 10-week cohort program for mid-career creative professionals who are growing into leadership roles — as directors, founders, curators, or movement builders.
Program highlights
Each cohort brings together 15–20 participants from across the creative sector. Sessions combine facilitated learning, peer case studies, guest practitioners, and individual coaching. Participants leave with a personal leadership framework and a peer network they will draw on for years.
